Police: Man and woman charged in theft of tools from Wallingford home

WALLINGFORD — A person and lady face expenses after police stated they stole and pawned instruments from a house final month.

Danielle Mercuri, 32, of three Roxbury Lane, Wallingford, was charged Thursday with third-degree housebreaking, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree housebreaking, and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

John Levenduski, 37, of 38 Certain Line Highway, Wolcott, was arrested Wednesday on the identical expenses in addition to cost card theft, 4 counts of bank card fraud and one depend of conspiracy to commit bank card fraud. 

In April, the proprietor of a house on Roxbury Lane advised police instruments have been stolen from a shed within the yard. The house belongs to relations of Mercuri.

Police found Levenduski, Mercuri’s boyfriend, had pawned instruments matching the outline of the lacking gadgets at a Waterbury pawn store for $200, in keeping with the warrant.
