ASHEBORO — A person was arrested after allegedly pawning stolen objects at an area store.
In keeping with a press launch, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Workplace responded to N.C. 49 South on Tuesday in reference to a larceny that came about Could 26.
Deputies discovered the sufferer situated stolen objects at an area pawn store. The objects listed on the pawn store ticket have been dated Could 26 and matched the outline of the instruments that the sufferer reported stolen.
The ticket was signed by a former worker.
On Friday, Dominique Maurice Boykins, 31, of 232 Coleridge Highway, Asheboro, was arrested and served a warrant for arrest for felony acquiring property by false pretense and larceny.
He was taken to the Randolph County Jail and positioned below a $2,500 secured bond.
Boykins is scheduled to look in Randolph County District Court docket July 10.
