LIBERTY — A Liberty lady was arrested after allegedly breaking right into a storage, stealing gadgets and promoting them to a pawn store.
In keeping with a press launch, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Workplace was dispatched to Overman Street in Liberty on Feb. 21.
Throughout an investigation, deputies realized somebody eliminated the pad lock and took instruments from the storage/outbuilding.
Gadgets have been situated at an area pawn store and Michelle Valeisa Cox, 34, of 8756 Nice Hill Church Street, Liberty, was recognized as the girl who pawned them.
Warrants have been issued for Cox’s arrest.
Cox was situated, arrested and transported to Randolph County Jail Tuesday.
She was charged with felony acquiring property by false pretense, felony breaking and/or getting into, felony larceny after breaking and getting into, and felony possession of stolen items/property..
She is being held on the jail below a $15,000 secured bond.
